Meet Alex
What if you could approach end -of- life from a place of curiosity, courage, and compassion? I believe that when encouraged in various ways to tune into their inner wisdom, most people discover powerful inner resources for approaching end-of-life from a place of empowerment.
As a companion, guide, and advocate, I deliver heart-centered emotional, physical, and spiritual support during a time that can be filled with uncertainty, fear, and isolation.
Need a guide during the End-of-Life process?
Give me a call and we’ll go through this journey together.
“What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly.”

My death doula practice is supported by my experience as a senior caregiver. Over the years caring for elders, I noticed a pattern as my clients approached end-of-life. The commonality was their desire to “Go Home”. It couldn’t be a coincidence. I asked a lot of questions and did research to find out what “Going Home” meant. It was then I discovered my calling to walk souls back to our spiritual “Home”. With deep devotion to my work, I recognize death as a deeply sacred part of our lives and perhaps our greatest teacher. In my culture, death isn’t an ending, rather a spiritual transition, from this world to the next.
I completed extensive training on all aspects of end-of-life (Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Financial) through Doulagivers Certified End-of-Life Training program and Certified Elder Care Consultant program. I am a forever student and continue to learn about all aspects of life and what may come after. I am dedicated to my own healing and spiritual practice, which creates the strong foundation from which I serve my clients.
